Refund & Cancellation Terms & Conditions:
- Tickets are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Tickets cannot be transferred to a third party including immediate family members.
- Tickets purchased are personal and for the use of the named buyer only.
- Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gains or transferred for any reason.
- FMSC may require the Purchaser to provide proof that they are the original purchaser of the Ticket at the point of entry to the Event in the form of an acceptable original photo ID such as a passport, driver’s license, or national ID card. If more than one ticket is purchased by the customer for the same event the same shall apply to each individual.
Ticket Delivery and Collection Terms & Conditions:
- FMSC issues purchased Tickets electronically as PDF files via email. It is the a.) Purchaser’s responsibility to provide FMSC with a working, correct email address for Ticket delivery, and b.) to check their Inbox/Spam mail for the email containing the PDF document of the Ticket. This PDF can be printed or presented via a smart phone by the Customer and used as an entry Ticket.
- The organizers of the event reserve the right to refuse admission.
